Jewelry Repair - Terms, Conditions, & Disclaimers
- ALL Jewelry Repair Service work completed by The Desert Bee is guaranteed for 1 year.
- Payment for the repair service of the customer’s jewelry item (including the return shipping fee) is to be included with the shipment of the customer’s jewelry item. OR on the date the customer’s jewelry item arrives at our facility for repair.
- The Desert Bee prefers PayPal as a payment method, however we will accept personal checks via U.S. mail. Should the customer choose to pay by check the repair of the customer’s jewelry piece will not occur until the customer’s check has been processed by the bank (funds have been deposited in The Desert Bee checking account).
- ALL Jewelry Repair Service payments are to be Cash, PayPal, Check, or Money Order UPON DELIVERY.
- Custom Design & Specialty Repairs require 50% down with the balance due upon delivery.
- ALL CUSTOM ORDERS & SPECIALTY REPAIR DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS!
- The customer is responsible for shipping fees and insurance to and from The Desert Bee facility on ALL items submitted for repair. The customer’s repaired jewelry items will be returned to the customer via U.S. Priority Mail, and insured for the customer’s recorded value of the item.
- ALL repaired items will be returned to the customer via U.S. Priority Mail, and insured for the customer’s recorded value of the item.
- The Desert Bee is NOT RESPONSIBLE for prior work or workmanship by another source that caused any damage to your jewelry piece as well as poor or inferior materials which were used.
- The Desert Bee is NOT RESPONSIBLE or obvious damage to a jewelry piece due to a customer’s negligence while wearing or caring for the jewelry piece.
- Opals and other fragile stones used in our designs are guaranteed for 30 days after purchase.
- Prices are subject to change without notice due to metal and other market changes.
