Ordering is simple and all transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption and confidentiality (see also Privacy Policy). To order online, enter all the quantities of the different items you want on a page, and then add them all to your shopping cart at once by clicking a button at the top or bottom of the page that says "ORDER ALL QUANTITIES". This will direct you to your shopping cart.
At any time, you can click the "Shopping Cart" button to revise quantities or remove items from your cart. When finished shopping, click the "Check Out" button on your order page. You will then proceed to a secure page where you will be requested to type in your name, address, and billing information. If you have a coupon, enter the coupon code in the coupon/promotion box near the bottom of the page.
If you prefer to pay by cashiers/personal check or money order, you can still use our online order form by selecting "check/money order" when you choose a payment method. Using this procedure, you will not have to complete any credit card information. When your order information is complete, simply click the "Send this order" button and we will automatically receive your order and you will receive an order confirmation. Please print a copy of the order for your records and mail us your payment. We will ship your items when we receive your payment. Orders are automatically canceled if we have not received payment within two weeks of placing the order.
You also have the option of printing out an order form, which you can mail or fax (see Contact information). Alternatively, you can call us with your order at: 1-480-463-6115. We are available to take your phone orders everyday (except for holidays), 7:30 AM to 5:15 PM (Mountain Standard Time “MST”).
Please keep in mind that orders submitted after the Friday cutoff time (11:00 AM Mountain Standard Time) or the Saturday cutoff time (9:00 AM Mountain Standard Time) may not ship until Monday, depending on the shipment method that you choose. We are also not open on major holidays.
